The Empanada Club began serving Meridian in 2019 when Cecilia De Paoli and her husband Tom Torkelson opened the doors of this now-famous community hub. Cecilia blended her memories of country-style traditional dishes from her homeland of Mendoza, with touches of modern and innovative flavors she discovered in her travels around the globe.
Nora and Gary are proud to continue this labour of love, bringing you the same authentic flavors and sharing the same inviting atmosphere.
