My parents are from Mendoza, Argentina. I grew up eating authentic empanadas, and since moving to Boise nine years ago,... it's one of the foods I miss most. This place just opened six weeks ago, and it's legit! Nine+ varieties of empanadas, from the very traditional to creative varieties influenced by other cultures. The owners are very nice, welcoming, and happy to answer all your questions about these amazing empanadas.
